Late, Cancellation, & No-Show Policies

• 10-15 minute grace period
• After grace period, a late fee applies EXTRA $10
• 30 MINUTE LATE = APPOINTMENT CANCELED
• Same-day cancellations forfeit deposit

HAIR PREP POLICIES

• Hair must be washed, blow-dried, and products-free 
• Excessive detangling may result in extra fees
• PRIOR TO BOOKING, CHOOSE THE "BLOW MY HAIR OUT" SERVICE IF A BLOW DRY/EXCESSIVE DETANGLE IS NEEDED!
